Hey,
I know it has been a really long time since I've posted in this journal almost going on two years unless my math is bad. Stuff has really started to look up for me. I know i complained about my jobs and such so I decided to go back to school, I was in university last year and it was extreamly hard (giving  my situation) but out of that I decided I wanted to go in child and youth work. I've been really excelling in my classes I'm really surprised with how well I'm doing. I've also found myself an awesome boyfriend, Patrick hes really good to me and is supportive and nice and so many other qualities. I feel hes everything I need. anyway I'm doing well and I thought that it would be nice to share that given a lot of the terrible things i've written in the past. I've also got my own apartment its really awesome (minus the noisey upstairs neighbours) Not sure what to say but I was passing through (posted a new pic) and thought it would be nice to add a positive update saying stuff is  finally start to look up for me.

gah, I am so tired of work anything I ever do is good enough there is always something else that needs to be done I cant stand it, I'm always the one picked on no one else, sun some of the reptiles went ALL DAY with out water or food and no one said anything oh ya that was exceptable, but expecting me with another girl feed all the animals clean fish tanks clean bettas clean the bird cages clean takes and feed animals fruits and veggies is ridiculas there are way too many expectations all of a sudden and no even are told to other people, I'm honestly sick of it, to top ot all off because i didnt give fruit n veggies right away with other food they had to dely my break untill i finished which took an hr and a half, way unfair. I was venting to my mom about it n  she just said get a new job like i wasnt even allowed to vent. I want to go to australia for a year which is why I dont want to switch jobs Im hopin to leave before the end of march. I feel like I cant even explain my pain I'm just so unapriciated after I work so hard and try my best but nothing is ever good enough NOTHING and how am I suppose to have a shread of happiness in my life if im not apriciated by anyone... i just feel so alone and sad.. sorry about the lack of journals but thanks if you are reading this and comment

Stuff here is gettin really slow because people are back in school but at the end of sept oct and beginning of nov should be busy because its the food and wine festival which is an event that takes place in world showcase in EPCOT where I work Its super cool!!!

ALSO really excited Hayley (my roomate)'s family is coming this week and I'll totally get to go to dinner with them really excited to meet them! Sadly all this week I work relitivly late so I'm not sure when we plan on hanging out yet but we shall see I still have the fri sat of althoug  my dad is coming from sept 29th to Oct 3rd and hes stayin at All Star Movies which I'm really excited about as well as my mom is coming to stay at the Wilderness Lodge a pretty fancey hotel from Oct 8 to the 18th really excite totally vlogging while im in there I am currently waitin for a video to upload so than I can post that link as well...

Because Sept is so slow they actually give 60% discounts on hotels so I'm stayin at Carribean Beach for a night for 67$ way excited!!!!! Its going to be super fun They got a new pool and come end of jan or feb they have pirate themed rooms which would be super fun to stay in!

Umm notsure what else to add currently stuff at work has been going pretty good last week I missed like 4 days because I had pink eye than I got an ear infection which I'm still getting over so I can't really hear out of one ear to well.

Also still really excited for Timtiu to come here I looked into getting the day off when she comes to visit! She actually suggested it to me so that made it even more exciting!

It has been really hot but at night it does cool down a bit I'm lookin forward to christmas when it isnt so hot.

Also for those non disney fans you know High School Musical 3 is comin out in Oct but there is a fancey premiere for it at Hollywood Studios dont know anymore details about it I guess I should look into that.

Also really excited about Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party I'm going to with my Mom and my brother really excited will totally be posting some of those pics on here.
I think I will end it here because I'm sure people wont want to read SO much that I have written when I'm kinda rambling anyway

Hey,
I was really really busy and than I got to move to the commons and than I got settled and went to turn on my computer and it wouldnt turn on, I was really sad, luckily Hayley let me use her laptop but I was not a fan of her forgien keyboard it kinda messed up my typiong and I hate going back to spell check blogs, its my least fave thing about this stuff.I will have an other vlog coming soon I did start one but than my batteries cut out and I didn't bother continuein and I didn't want to start over.

My new place is kinda on the dirty side well dirty I mean dirty looking like stuff isn't that clean. It is great to be in the commons because all the awesome people are here,.. well most of them anyway. I did get to hang out with Steffie and Angelica a bit on friday which was pretty cool we didnt not get to see sex and the city though which was kinda sad. We did go to magic kingdom we went on the pirates ride as well as laugh floor which i had not done yet, I was kinda nervous that they were going to shine the light on me, but it was fun.. than I got back here in pretty good time and I made it for the huge throw out where I got tons of mosquito bites and I'm stil itchy... BUT on the happy side I got a tv yay!!!!!! so I got a tv and I'm currently watching the disney channel sooo happy about that.

Aside from that I stil do feel kinda lonely like I'm barely asked to go out anywhere with anyone unless I hear peopel are going out and I ask... I guess I'm hopin all this will change when Ty and Casey come here as well as Matt who is coming here really soon, I'm quite excited, what I'm not excited for is the fact that they gave me two days off than a day of work than another two days off... what do I need that for so in the next week I'll probably be working like 10 days before I get my next break, I'm not excited about that and tommorow (tues) I'm workin basically 12 hrs from 12:30pm to 12:30 am NOT looking forward to that.

Tonight is the canadian girls drinking team so I hope I can make it and actually find the place unlike last week when I couldnt find anyone..I was kinda upset about that. Other than that I'm not sure what else to say

Hey,
So yesterday was my first day of work. I got up got ready took an early bus got there went to get my hair cut which was awesome only 14$ (in my hometown i'd pay 20$). Than I go to my locker to get stuff so I can get changed I grab my clothes than go into the change room. Well I saw the guys one and the one to the left of it the door was open so I just walked in not looking at the door. TURNS OUT that that room was the guys changeroom and the room next door was the guys bathroom so I was in there not knowing that it was the guys change room and it was early so no one was in there.. so I'm gettin dressed than I'm ready to leave (there are mirrors all over the walls so you can see around the corner) and I see guys there and I'm like umm isn't this the girls change room (to myself) than I start to walk out I see another guy (this is pg rated I didn't see anyone naked) and I'm like oh man what do I do.. so right ahead of me I saw a door so I ran for it that was the bathroom part ran out of the bathroom and into the main area and I was like ohhhhhhhh crap.. so I dont know where the girls change room is to change out I used the bathrooms to change out of costume.

So my trainer finaly finds me apparently I was suppose to be there at 9 (but they said 10 on my schdule) so they changed the ttime and didn't tell me so I wasn't in trouble but I was at cast services at 9 just not ready to go. So than we walk out she shows me around a little than we get in count money to get ready for the day. Than we go to a meeting where I got to go and introduce myself and say hi to the other people there early in the morning. The meeting was just with Canada, UK and France accroding to Clyde the BEST part of showcase.

So I didn't have my boots yet.. because no one told me what exactly to get so I wore my running shoes thinkin that would be cool apparently they weren't happy that a the laces didn't match (I do that to bug people) and b they were kinda pink but they really shouldn't complain because I didn't have a proper discription of what I needed.

Anyway I did some paperwork and set up my cashier number etc my trainer went thru many different rules and stuff to do in different situations and I talked to some guest I felt kinda insecure about where everything was so I didn't want to tell anyone...I did know some stuff but not know everything. I watched her do some transactions and I learned all about the promotions and stuff it wasn't crazy eventful and we went for lunch and went to the cart

omg at lunch I had peanut butter pie I soo love that about the states mmmmmm peanut butter in pie.

working out at the cart was fun, it was kinda funny because this old guy came up to me and was kinda in my face and was like I used to live in Oakville and he had popcorn on his face so it was kinda hard not to laugh.. although it was cool that he was from oakville, he also said he lived close to Sheridan which was also awesome.

The last bit was we got to do a tour and I got to see the new version of oh canada it was super awesome, I loved it!!!!!!!!!! Martin Short was quite funny!

So not long after I was done I caught the bus back to cast services got my check and took the bus to the commons. From there I walked to an outlet mall it was kinda weird I was there and I waslike am I inside or am I outside... so anyway I got a pair of boots for around 70$ (also got some polish so I can keep em lookin nice) My cell wasn't workin so I was really annoyed and lookin for a cell phone place but there was  none!!! I was pretty mad about that. I went to starbucks and saw the new stuff a nd I got something for my mom for her birthday.. dont want to write it here incase she reads this...probably not though because shes really busy. so I made it hope (after gettin lost in the mall) around 7:30ish maybe 8 I dont know... Hayley was getting ready to go out to Pleasure Island which was cool. I just went on the computer than took a shower.. I waas waitin to hear from Chris...TURNS OUT that he was just bout as tierd as me so he went right to bed and once I heard that from him I went to bed too...

so now I'm up and startin work today at 2:45 which is an odd time in my opinion but whatever I'm not done till 10:45 so it may be a bit of a long day, it doesn't look like I have a day off for at leasst 7 days (they are pretty short on people)
I'm really excited to finish training and be able to do stuff by myself (although it may be easier  to screw up that way) but at least I will get A LOT more interaction with the guests.
In merchintainment they said as merch people we get the most exposer to the guests... only thing I was wondering is do we need protection?
